โอเปร่า (Opera) เป็นซอฟต์แวร์ ที่รวมเว็บเบราว์เซอร์และโปรแกรมสำหรับใช้งานอินเทอร์เน็ตอื่น ๆ พัฒนาโดยบริษัทโอเปร่า ประเทศนอร์เวย์ ในปัจจุบันโอเปร่าเป็นผู้นำในตลาดเว็บเบราว์เซอร์สำหรับโทรศัพท์มือถือ และพีดีเอ นอกจากนี้ยังถูกนำไปใช้ในระบบโทรทัศน์ที่มีการโต้ตอบระหว่างผู้ชม (interactive television, iTV) ในบางประเทศ เมื่อไม่นานนี้ บริษัทโอเปร่าได้ร่วมมือกับบริษัทอะโดบีซิสเต็มส์ ผู้ผลิตซอฟต์แวร์ด้านการสร้างสรรค์สื่อ เพื่อรวมโอเปร่ากับโปรแกรมในชุด อะโดบีครีเอทีฟสวีท
และเมื่อ 20 กันยายน 2548 ทาง opera (Opera Software ASA) ได้เปิดให้ opera browser (เวอร์ชันสำหรับ desktop) เป็นซอฟต์แวร์ที่สามารถโหลดใช้งานได้ฟรี และไม่มี Ad Banner ใด ๆ ในตัวโปรแกรม สามารถใช้งานได้เต็มรูปแบบ

Now, I can sync my data on any device. I just need to sign in to my Opera account to have my bookmarks and open tabs with me in Opera on my computer, tablet or smartphone. To sync, I’ll also need to get the Opera browser for my phone and my tablet.
